Salads (Each feeds 8-12 people)

Black Thorn House Greens – $18.00

Assorted fresh greens tossed with toasted pumpkin seeds and pine nuts, glazed with lemon thyme vinaigrette and topped with multigrain croutons.

Black Thorn Caesar – $22.00

Fresh hearts of romaine lettuce in a creamy dressing infused with the flavors of fresh lemon, capers and Parmigiano cheese, finished with fresh multigrain croutons and crispy maple glazed bacon.

Black Thorn Greek Salad – $21.00

Chunky vegetable salad featuring sweet peppers, cucumbers, red onions, black Kalamata olives and romaine lettuce. Tossed with our oregano infused red wine vinaigrette and topped with feta cheese.

Chicken Club Wrap – $85.00

Tender oven roasted chicken with maple peppercorn bacon, greens and tomatoes wrapped in a whole wheat flour tortilla with light mayonnaise.

Ham and Swiss Baguette – $85.00

Black forest ham, thinly sliced and served on a crusty whole wheat baguette topped with a slice of fruity Swiss cheese, greens and Dijonaise sauce.

Turkey and Cranberry Mayo Panini – $85.00

Oven roasted real turkey breast, sliced thinly and served on a wholegrain panini bun with fresh greens, caramelized onions and cranberry mayo.

Tuna Salad with Caper Mayo – $85.00

Chunks of tuna blended with red onions, greens and capers, bound with light mayo and a hint of fresh lemon.

Guinness Beef Wrap – $85.00

Tender chunks of beef braised in Guinness stout with mushrooms, served in a tortilla wrap with old cheddar and greens.

Roasted Vegetable & Feta Wrap – $85.00

Fresh seasonal vegetables, marinated in herbs and olive oil and oven roasted, served wrapped in a flour tortilla with spinach and feta cheese.

Chicken Caesar Wrap – $85.00

Tender oven roasted chicken with romaine lettuce, bacon, Parmigiano and our creamy house made Caesar dressing, wrapped in a whole wheat pita.

Aegean Lamb Wrap – $85.00

Tender cubes of braised lamb infused with yogurt and fresh mint, combined in a whole wheat pita with greens and tomatoes.

Roast Beef Panini Horseradish Mayo – $85.00

Shaved fresh roast beef layered into soft panini bun with greens, tomatoes, red onions and horseradish mayonnaise.

Grilled Chicken with Lemon Aioli – $85.00

Tender grilled chicken breast served sliced onto a panini bun with assorted greens, fresh tomatoes and tangy fresh lemon aioli.

A seasonal mix of fresh fruit, some exotic some well known, a perfect ending to a healthy meal.

Vegetable Platter – $40.00

A seasonal mix of fresh vegetables, influenced by what our chef finds available in the Byward market, presented with a low fat feta cheese dip.

Cheese Platter – $85.00

A mix of the worlds’ most popular cheeses. Brie from France, Canadian Old Cheddar, Quebec Bleu & Chêvre, Bulgarian feta, Italian boconccini & shaved Parmigiano garnished with toasted nuts, baguette crisps, grissini and grapes.
