Soup Of The Day – $5

Our soup is prepared daily using only the finest ingredients available. Ask your server about today’s creation.

P.E.I. Mussels – $12

One pound of fresh P.E.I. mussels perfectly steamed in your choice of one of the following sauces; Pernod cream, tomato basil or coconut curry.

Mediterranean Bruschetta – $9

Vine-ripened tomatoes, fresh basil and olive oil, served on thick slices of toasted baguette and topped with feta cheese.

Warm Spinach Dip – $11

Warm cream cheese mixed with wilted spinach, red onions and red peppers. Topped with mozzarella cheese and baked. Served with crispy pita chips.

Chicken Fritters – $10

Roasted chicken, bacon, mozzarella cheese and mashed potatoes combined and coated with a cornmeal and panko breading and served with spicy mayo.

Maple Scallops – $13

Pan-seared maple Sea scallops served over balsamic braised mushrooms and crisp pancetta.

Black Thorn Charcuterie (Perfect for sharing) – $21

A fresh and tasty combination of assorted meats (3), Québec farms cheeses (3), assorted jams, marinated olives, spicy pecans and warm crostini.


Salads

Classic Caesar Salad – $12

Caesar salad the way it was meant to be. Crispy hearts of romaine lettuce tossed in our house-made Caesar vinaigrette. Topped with red onions, bacon bits, multi-grain croutons and parmesan cheese.

Lobster & Shrimp Salad – $15

Atlantic lobster, shrimp and fresh avocado mixed with a cilantro-caper mayo, served with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, english cucumbers and our house-made balsamic vinaigrette.

Roasted Beet Salad – $14

Roasted beets, vanilla-poached pear, sweet & spicy pecans and baby greens. Tossed with our house-made balsamic vinaigrette and topped with danish blue cheese.

Prosciutto Melon Salad – $14

Fresh pieces of cantaloupe melon wrapped with thinly sliced prosciutto. Served with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onions, mandarin segments and tossed with our house-made balsamic vinaigrette.

Black Thorn Angus Burger – $14

House-made 7 oz. Angus beef burger grilled to perfection and served on a toasted rustic bun. Topped with Black Thorn burger sauce, iceberg lettuce, dill pickle, red onion and sliced tomato.

All-Natural Turkey Burger – $14

House-made 7 oz. premium ground turkey burger grilled to perfection and served on a toasted rustic bun. Topped with light mayo, iceberg lettuce and sliced tomatoes.

Grilled Veggie Panini – $12

Roasted zucchinis, red peppers, and red onions, spiced with fresh herbs and olive oil. Served on a grilled Vienna loaf with pesto-mayo and topped with feta cheese.

Salmon Burger – $15

House-made salmon burger pan-roasted and served on a toasted rustic bun. Topped with a cilantro-caper mayo, baby spinach and red onions.

8 oz. grain-fed free-range chicken breast seasoned with key-lime chili spice then roasted. Topped with our house-made demi-glace and served with mushroom couscous and seasonal vegetables.

Pacific Halibut – $28

8oz. Halibut steak seasoned with lemon pepper then pan-fried. Topped with citrus salsa and served with saffron rice and seasonal vegetables.
